Terms of Service

Welcome to Driptee. By using our app and website (the “Service”), operated by Asuka Labs, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. The Service
Driptee lets you generate original t-shirt artwork using AI, preview it, and order physical printed garments fulfilled by our print partners. We may update or improve the Service at any time.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under it. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Driptee.
3. Designs & ownership
- You own the designs you create with Driptee and may use them for personal and commercial purposes.
- You're responsible for what you generate. Don't create designs that infringe others' intellectual property, are unlawful, hateful, or violate our content guidelines.
- You grant us a limited license to store, display, and print your designs to provide the Service (for example, showing your design on a mockup and sending it to our print partner).
4. Orders, payment & shipping
Tee prices include shipping unless stated otherwise. Orders are printed on demand and are generally non-refundable once production starts, except where required by law or in case of a defective or misprinted item — contact us and we'll make it right.
5. Subscriptions
Driptee Pro is a recurring subscription billed monthly. It renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account or app store; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are governed by those stores' terms.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Service: no reverse-engineering, no automated abuse, no generating content that's illegal or violates third-party rights. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asuka Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
