This Privacy Policy explains how Driptee (operated by Asuka Labs) collects, uses, and protects your information.
1. What we collect
- Account info — your email and profile details.
- Designs & prompts — the text prompts you enter and the images you generate.
- Order info — shipping address and order details needed to print and deliver your tees.
- Usage data — basic analytics and device info to keep the Service running and improve it.
We do not see or store your full card number — payments are processed by our payment providers (Stripe, Apple, Google).
2. How we use it
To provide the Service: generate designs, render previews, fulfill and ship orders, manage your subscription, provide support, and improve Driptee. We don't sell your personal data.
3. Sharing
We share data only with the providers needed to run Driptee — AI image providers, print/fulfillment partners, payment processors, and infrastructure (hosting, database). Each handles your data under their own terms.
4. Data retention
We keep your account and design data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Email us to exercise them.
6. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, but no method is 100% secure. Keep your account credentials safe.
7. Children
Driptee isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
